Adriane holds a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from New York University/Polytechnic Institute, with a particular focus on Environmental Design and Psychology. She also possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English Language Arts from Hunter College. Further education includes graduate and undergraduate studies in Jewelry, Accessory, Graphic, Interior, and Textile Design with Central St. Martins, Pratt Institute, Parsons School of Design, Maine College of Art, and Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, Adriane has completed coursework in Forensic Profiling and Behavioral Analysis to further strengthen her vetting abilities.
 
Adriane is a published writer, blogger, and speaker, covering topics such as organizational structuring, staffing and leadership, as well as job search strategy, resume creation and portfolio development. She has been a regular contributor to HOW and ID Magazines and speaker at the Annual Conference of the Industrial Design Society of America, Fashion Institute of Technology and Rhode Island School of Design. Furthermore, her graduate thesis on telecommuting was published in the Environmental Design Research Association Journal. Adriane is an active member of the Luxury Marketing Council.  She is currently pursuing her MFA in Jewelry & Metal Arts at Academy of Art.

A true “digital nomad,” Adriane takes her work on the road and visit clients whenever possible. When not traveling, she divides her time between a houseboat in Key West and home in Fort Myers, Florida.  She is a decorative artist, avid collector of jewelry and vintage décor, a passionate backgammon player, and an animal rescue volunteer.
